Admin & Baseball Coach

Using Baseball to Inspire Purpose and Hope

Kennedy Indevu serves as Admin, Director, and Baseball Coach at Imani Ministries. His story began on the red dirt field itself as one of the first beneficiaries of the Imani baseball program, he received the mentorship and educational support that carried him all the way through graduation. Today, Kennedy has come full circle. As a lover and follower of Jesus Christ, he pours the same investment back into the next generation, overseeing the ministry's daily operations while coaching and mentoring young athletes to discover their potential both on and off the field.

— ABOUT ME

From the red dirt field to leadership

Kennedy's journey is living proof of what Imani Ministries exists to do. He grew up playing on the same red dirt baseball field where he now coaches, and through the ministry's baseball and scholarship programs he was given the chance to study, grow, and graduate.

Instead of moving on, Kennedy chose to give back. As Admin and Director, he helps steer the ministry's programs and daily operations; as Baseball Coach, he trains and disciples the very kids who remind him of his own beginnings.

For Kennedy, coaching goes beyond developing athletes it is about building leaders, strengthening character, and reminding every child in Masese/Danida that their story matters and their beginnings do not define their future.
